Title and risk of loss to the purchased products pass to the Customer upon ENVEED's transfer of the purchased products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Again, ENVEED is not liable for any delays in shipments regardless of the cause of circumstance. Insurance against such contingencies or losses is available for purchase, however, the cost of such insurance is the Customer's responsibility and the Customer's account.
